GREAT STEAK – Start your GRILL (Gas=High, Charcoal=HOT), while it is warming up, take your steak out of the fridge. Rub with Ribs Within Rub 4 ALL. Let sit for 5 minutes. Rub heavily with Ribs Within Texas Rub.

When grill is hot, over a high temp, grill steak to Med-Rare. 3 minutes per inch of meat per side, flip only one time. If you like it more well done, add an extra 1 minute flip per side after cooking for the first 6 minutes. Add some BBQ butter (Texas Rub and butter mixed) and let the steak rest 5 minutes before eating.
