With Big Blue sitting in the shop, me and the whole family hopped in the Chevy Avalanche (also blue) and took off for Boston with 150lbs of BBQ, to be served at Yale Appliance in Boston, in the back. Midway through the drive, the ever present truck issues struck, my oil pressure guage went from 40lbs to pinned at 80lbs. The truck should have exploaded if it were true. but it was just a sensor and we continued driving after an hour delay.
After a long drive and a short night in the hotel, we headed to Yale Appliance, to prep, heat and serve food to employees and customers.

The Pitmaster and his food

Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken bacon corn bread, beans, cole slaw, and for dessert, choclate chip bacon blondies. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed Jersey BBQ.

Saturday, our outside demo was washed out so we got to cook on Viking, Wolf, and others, induction, convection, and anything we could try.  Even inside we sold a case of RUB.
Thanks Steve, we will definitely be back next year.
